Senate Garage and Plaza Renovation

The State of Florida Senate Garage and Plaza was phase one of the renovation to the State of Florida Capitol Grounds. With a project budget of 56 million dollars, the scope of work included: waterproofing of the existing subterranean structure, significant structural repairs, and the redesign of the public plaza above.
